Project Support
NAPCReN is a learning health system that engages patients, care providers, administrators and policymakers in continuous quality improvement activities, the prioritization of research questions and supports for family medicine to enable their involvement in research and translation of research findings into tangible changes in policy and care.
NAPCReN uses point-of-care data to inform practice and answer questions relevant to primary care. Whether you are interested in improving practice, contributing to the work of others, or conducting your own study, NAPCReN is a great way to get involved in primary care research.
NAPCReN can assist its members with proposal development, applications for research funding, development and implementation of research protocols and analysis and dissemination of findings. NAPCReN members also have access to specialized methodological support through the Departments of Family Medicine at the University of Alberta and the University of Calgary.
Please review the NAPCReN Project Selection Criteria to ensure that your project meets our requirements prior to submitting a request.
