The Canadian Primary Care Sentinel Surveillance Network (CPCSSN) engages with clinicians, researchers, and policymakers to better understand primary care efficiencies and gaps to improve health care for Canadians. CPCSSN brings together fourteen primary care research networks under a common governance structure for research, disease surveillance and quality improvement.
